Deposits,Cancellations and Curtailment.

A non refundable deposit of £25.00 per person is required to confirm weekly bookings. Bookings taken by telephone, fax or e mail require a deposit within one week of the booking in order to secure the reservation. Cancellation charges equivalent to two-thirds of the cost of the booking will become due should a guest cancel or curtail a booking and the hotel is unable to re-let the accommadation.

Holiday insurnce cover is highly recommended.

There is a £20.00 per person, cancellation charge for telephone bookings which have been confirmed with credit/charge card details. Further cancellation charges equivalent to two-thirds of the cost of the booking will also become due should the booking be cancelled or curtailed and the hotel is unable to re-let the accommadation.

Setttlement of Accounts 

There is a 2% charge for all credit card payments over £150.00
